|I have problems with AOL Sync Beta
Unfortunately, we cannot help much with AOL sync beta server related problems as we are not the provider of this service and therefore have no access to support information related to it.
The hints we can give:
If you have followed the instructions given on AOL's page (http://aolsync.aol.com/index.adp?page=palm_setup) the sync should work.
If you experience problems, please try to update to the most recent version of the Palm client (http://www.synthesis.ch/dl_client.php), as the version offered by the AOL beta sync is outdated and may not properly work with newer devices.
To contact AOL sync support, please do NOT send email to firstname.lastname@example.org, as this address apparently does not work.
Instead, please send your support request via the "Send Feedback" option at aolsync.aol.com (http://aolsync.aol.com/index.adp?page=palm_feedback).
